Acceptable UseYou may not use our server to carry out any activity that is illegal in the United States of America. Examples of illegal activity includes distributing stolen software; sharing confidential and/or classified information with parties not privy to such information; sending unsolicited bulk emails (spamming). Clients may not post programs and/or scripts that contain security risks, or such software that is liable to be exploited by hackers, spammers or viral attacks. We will remove any security risks from the server without notice. GuaranteesWe do not offer uptime guarantees. Because we are a small business with a colocated server in another state, we do not offer any uptime guarantees. Instead, we offer our commitment to deal with downtime issues in a timely and diligent manner. For any month with more than one hour of downtime, we will reimburse $5 or 15% of monthly hosting fees, whichever is geater. |
